Burj Al Nakheel Tech LLC
1. General
By using the services of Burj Al Nakheel Tech LLC, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms are applicable to all contracts for services including swimming pool construction, landscaping, pergola/gazebo construction, barbecue counter installation, and maintenance services.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Prices may vary based on project scope, material availability, or changes requested by the client.
Any additional work outside the original scope will be quoted and billed separately.
3. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines will be shared before the project begins; however, delays due to weather, material delivery, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.
Burj Al Nakheel Tech LLC is not liable for delays beyond its control.
4. Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% to 50% (depending on project size) is required upon contract signing.
The remaining balance must be paid in agreed stages or upon project completion.
Late payments may result in a delay or suspension of work.
5. Design Approval
All designs (2D/3D) must be approved by the client before execution.
Changes to approved designs may incur additional charges and alter timelines.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
We provide a limited warranty on construction and installation, details of which will be outlined in your contract.
Routine wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., weather) are not covered.
Maintenance contracts are optional but recommended for optimal performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure clear access to the project site.
Any required permits or community approvals are the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits may be non-refundable if material procurement or labor has already commenced.
9. Liability
Burj Al Nakheel Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use or construction activities.
10. Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and technical drawings remain the intellectual property of Burj Al Nakheel Tech LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
